You can generate logos, captions, promotional images, complete social posts, and weekly or monthly content plans using the same Service Credit wallet.

3. Enter information about your business, audience, products, promotions, and goals.
4. Our AI generates the requested content.
5. Review and download the completed logo, caption, image, post, or content plan from your account.

LDplace currently offers two main groups of AI-powered services:

• AI Logo Maker – Generate professional logo concepts and request revisions according to your selected package.
• AI Social Content – Generate captions, promotional images, daily posts, and weekly or monthly social media content plans.

Both services use the same Service Credit balance.

We offer four logo packages:

• Starter – 30 Credits ($6 USD)
• Business – 125 Credits ($25 USD)
• Professional – 500 Credits ($100 USD)
• Enterprise – 1,000 Credits ($200 USD)

All prices are displayed before you confirm your purchase.

The applicable price and included content are displayed before you start the generation.

Service Credits are the internal currency used on LDplace to purchase logo generation, revisions, social media captions, promotional images, daily posts, and content plans.

You can top up your wallet at any time.

1 USD = 5 Credits.

Promotional bonus Credits may be added to qualifying top-ups.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash except where a refund is required under our policies or applicable law.

Yes. Your LDplace wallet provides one Service Credit balance that can be used across eligible logo and AI Social Content services.

Every logo package includes:

Higher-tier packages also include revisions.

The Caption Generator creates one publish-ready social media caption based on your business information and campaign objective.

The Promotional Image service creates one AI-generated social media image based on your business, preferred colours, products, promotions, events, and campaign objective.

A Weekly Content Plan includes seven coordinated social media posts.

Each planned post may include:

A Monthly Content Plan includes thirty brand-aligned social media posts organized into a content calendar.

Your Brand Profile may be reused and updated when you create future content.

No. LDplace currently generates and delivers content through your account for you to review and download.

You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, scheduling, and publishing the content on your social media accounts.

Not currently. The present AI Social Content service supports captions, promotional images, daily posts, and weekly or monthly content plans.

Additional media formats may be introduced in future updates.

A revision allows you to request changes to your generated logo based on your feedback.

The number of included revisions depends on the logo package you purchase.

Most individual logo concepts, captions, promotional images, and daily posts are generated within a few minutes.

Weekly and monthly content plans may take longer because they contain multiple captions and images that are processed separately.

Processing times may occasionally be longer due to AI provider availability, request volume, maintenance, or technical issues.

Yes. Generations are processed by the LDplace system and do not depend on the browser page remaining open.

You can return to your account later to review the status and access the completed content.

Yes. Once generation is complete, your logo is available to download directly from your account.

Yes. Once the generation is complete, available social media images can be previewed and downloaded securely from your LDplace account.

Yes. Completed captions, hashtags, and calls to action are displayed in your account so that you can review and copy them for use on your selected platforms.

Yes. Subject to our Terms of Service, you may use your delivered logo for lawful personal and commercial purposes.

Yes. Subject to full payment and our Terms of Service, generated social media content may be used for lawful personal and commercial marketing purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing the content and confirming that any statements, offers, prices, product information, event details, and legal claims are accurate before publication.

However, copyright laws relating to AI-generated works differ between countries, so ownership and copyright protection may vary depending on your jurisdiction.

No. Artificial intelligence can produce similar or identical outputs for different users.

We do not guarantee that any logo is unique or exclusive.

No. AI-generated captions, concepts, images, and content plans may be similar to content generated for other users or independently created by third parties.

LDplace does not guarantee uniqueness, originality, exclusivity, or copyright protection.

No. Artificial intelligence may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate, or misleading information.

You must review all generated content before publishing it, especially:

• Prices and promotional conditions
• Product and service descriptions
• Event dates and locations
• Health, financial, legal, or regulated claims
• Contact information and website addresses
• Spelling, translations, and factual statements

LDplace does not perform trademark searches or guarantee that a logo is eligible for trademark registration.

We strongly recommend conducting trademark and intellectual property searches before adopting any logo commercially.

No. Customers are responsible for ensuring that logos, captions, images, campaign concepts, and other generated content do not infringe the rights of others before commercial use.

No. We do not allow requests that copy or imitate protected brands, logos, copyrighted works, or trademarks.

No. You may not request content that copies or misleadingly imitates another company's protected brand identity, advertising campaign, logo, copyrighted material, or trademark.

Where an upload option is available, you may provide reference images or inspiration only when you have the legal right to use them.

Uploading material does not transfer ownership of that material to LDplace.

All logo packages include a high-resolution 1024 × 1024 PNG logo.

Generated social media promotional images are also currently delivered as PNG files.

Captions, hashtags, calls to action, and content calendar information are displayed digitally in your LDplace account.

Additional formats may be introduced in future updates.

You may be able to cancel a request before AI generation begins.

Once generation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because processing costs may already have been incurred.

Unused purchased Credits may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Completed logo or social content generations are generally not refundable simply because you dislike the output.

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

When you submit an AI generation request, the required Credits may first be reserved from your available wallet balance.

The reserved Credits are charged when the requested generation is successfully completed.

If a technical issue prevents your logo from being generated, the Credits reserved for that generation will normally be restored automatically.

If a technical issue prevents the requested social content from being completed, the Credits reserved for that generation will normally be restored automatically.

A failed generation may also provide an option to try again.

Weekly and monthly plans are processed as multi-item generations.

The generation is not considered complete until the required posts and images have been processed. If the overall generation fails, the reserved Credits will normally be restored automatically.

Where the retry option is available, you may submit the failed generation again.

The required Credits must be available in your wallet for the new attempt and will be reserved while it is processed.

Yes. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

LDplace does not store your full payment card details.

Yes. An account is required to purchase Credits, submit generation requests, receive generated logos and social content, manage downloads, and access your generation history.

Yes. We only collect information necessary to provide our services, process orders, maintain your Brand Profile, and generate requested content.
