Refund & Cancellation Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated July 12, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms of Service governing the LDplace platform, which is owned and operated by TNWOIH LLC ("LDplace", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Scope

This Policy applies to purchases of LDplace Service Credits, AI-assisted logo services, AI-assisted social media content services and payments initiated through LDplace or any registered website owned and operated by the same legal entity identified in our Terms of Service.

AI-assisted social media content services may include captions, hashtags, calls to action, promotional images, daily social posts, weekly content plans, monthly content plans and other related digital outputs.

The centralized checkout, payment receipt and card statement identify the applicable merchant of record. A source website may display product-specific cancellation conditions, but those conditions must remain consistent with this Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

Refund eligibility is determined by TNWOIH LLC in accordance with this Policy, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

2. Unused Purchased Service Credits

A customer may request a refund of unused purchased Service Credits within fourteen (14) calendar days after the purchase date, unless a longer mandatory cancellation period applies under applicable law.

For the purposes of this Policy, purchased Service Credits are considered unused only when they have not been:

  • Consumed by a completed service;
  • Reserved for a generation that is currently processing;
  • Used to purchase a logo revision, resolution upgrade or other digital service;
  • Transferred into or applied toward a completed order initiated through another registered website operated by TNWOIH LLC; or
  • Otherwise substantially consumed in providing a requested service.

If only part of a purchased Service Credit balance remains unused, we may refund the eligible unused purchased portion after deducting the value of Credits that have already been consumed.

Promotional, complimentary or bonus Service Credits are not cash-refundable and have no cash value, except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. We may use another lawful refund method when the original payment method is unavailable.

3. Service Credit Reservations

When you submit an AI generation request, LDplace may temporarily reserve the number of Service Credits displayed before confirmation.

Reserved Credits are temporarily removed from your available balance but are not treated as finally consumed until the requested service is successfully completed.

If the completed service costs less than the reserved amount, any unused portion of the reservation will be released back to your available Service Credit balance.

If a verified technical failure prevents the requested service from being completed, the applicable reserved Credits will normally be released or reversed automatically.

4. Failed, Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

Duplicate card charges, duplicate Service Credit purchases and verified technical payment errors are eligible for refund after review.

A failed logo generation that produces no delivered logo file should normally result in the release or reversal of the related Service Credit reservation.

A failed social media content generation that does not complete the purchased deliverables should normally result in the release or reversal of the related Service Credit reservation.

We may review account records, payment-provider records, generation logs, provider request references and delivered files before approving a refund or Credit reversal.

5. Failed Generations and Automatic Credit Restoration

If a generation fails because of a verified system, infrastructure or third-party AI provider error, the Service Credits reserved for that generation will normally be restored automatically.

Automatic restoration may not apply where the failure was caused by:

  • Prohibited, unlawful or policy-violating instructions;
  • Unsupported files or invalid information submitted by the customer;
  • Repeated abuse of the generation or retry process;
  • Customer actions that interrupted, corrupted or prevented processing;
  • Account suspension or payment reversal; or
  • Another circumstance for which the customer is responsible.

If automatic restoration does not occur after a verified technical failure, contact support so that we can investigate the generation and wallet records.

6. Weekly and Monthly Content Plans

Weekly and monthly content plans are multi-item services that may involve separate processing tasks for captions, hashtags, calls to action, publication dates and promotional images.

Different items within the same plan may complete at different times. A plan is generally considered complete only when the number of content items and images included in the purchased service have been generated and made available through the customer's account.

If the overall plan fails before the required deliverables are completed, the reserved Service Credits will normally be restored, subject to this Policy.

If a technical interruption affects only part of a plan, LDplace may, depending on the circumstances:

  • Continue processing the remaining items;
  • Retry the failed items;
  • Provide replacement items;
  • Restore all or part of the reserved Service Credits; or
  • Offer another reasonable technical remedy.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the extent of the completed work, the cause of the interruption and whether usable content has already been delivered.

7. Completed and Delivered Generations

Because LDplace services involve the creation and immediate digital delivery of personalized content using AI systems, successfully completed generations are generally not eligible for a cash refund solely because the customer dislikes the design, wording, style, colour, layout, creative direction or artistic outcome.

This applies to completed:

  • Logo generations;
  • Logo revisions;
  • Captions and hashtags;
  • Promotional images;
  • Daily social media posts;
  • Weekly content plans;
  • Monthly content plans; and
  • Other personalized AI-generated digital outputs.

Artificial intelligence can produce unexpected, imperfect or subjective results. A difference in personal preference does not by itself mean that the service was defective or not delivered.

Where appropriate, we may offer regeneration, correction, replacement content or Service Credits as a discretionary goodwill remedy. A goodwill remedy does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in other cases.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Materially Defective or Incomplete Outputs

If a completed output is materially defective because it is corrupted, inaccessible, missing required deliverables or substantially different from the service description displayed before purchase, contact support promptly.

After reviewing the request, we may provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • Repair or replacement of the affected file;
  • Regeneration of the affected content;
  • Completion of missing deliverables;
  • A partial or full Service Credit restoration;
  • A partial or full refund where appropriate or legally required; or
  • Another reasonable remedy.

Minor variations, subjective preferences or ordinary limitations of AI-generated content do not necessarily make an output materially defective.

9. Accuracy of Social Media Content

Customers must review AI-generated social media content before publishing it.

Refunds are generally not available for a completed generation solely because the customer failed to verify:

  • Prices, discounts or promotional conditions;
  • Product or service descriptions;
  • Event dates, times or locations;
  • Contact information or website addresses;
  • Spelling, grammar or translations;
  • Factual, legal, health, financial or regulated claims; or
  • Compliance with a social media platform's rules.

If an output contains a clear technical defect or does not include the deliverables stated in the purchased service, you may contact support for review under Section 8.

10. Cancellation Before Processing

A generation request may be canceled without a generation charge if the cancellation is completed before the request has been accepted for processing by LDplace's systems or a third-party AI provider.

A generation is considered to have commenced when it has been queued, accepted, transmitted or otherwise submitted for processing by our systems or providers.

Once processing has commenced, cancellation may not be technically possible because provider processing, infrastructure usage and personalized content creation may already have begun.

Closing your browser, leaving the page, signing out or closing a payment or generation window does not automatically cancel a submitted request.

11. Cancellation of Multi-Item Plans

Weekly and monthly content plans may begin processing shortly after confirmation and may create multiple background tasks.

Once processing has begun, the plan generally cannot be canceled simply by closing the page or leaving the account.

If you contact us before substantial processing has occurred, we may attempt to stop any remaining tasks. We do not guarantee that queued or provider-submitted tasks can be canceled.

Where only part of a plan has been processed, any refund or Service Credit adjustment will be determined according to the completed work, incurred provider costs, delivered outputs and applicable consumer law.

12. Retry Requests

A failed generation may provide a retry option.

A retry is normally treated as a new processing attempt. The applicable Service Credits must be available in the customer's wallet and may be reserved again while the retry is processed.

If the retry completes successfully, the reserved Credits for that retry will be consumed. If the retry fails because of a verified technical issue, its reservation will normally be released or reversed.

Submitting repeated retries does not create entitlement to duplicate refunds or multiple Credit restorations for the same reservation.

13. Orders From Registered Business Websites

Orders initiated through another registered business website operated by TNWOIH LLC may be subject to product-specific cancellation terms displayed on that website and at checkout.

Those terms must remain consistent with this Policy and mandatory consumer law.

The same legal entity remains responsible for processing the centralized payment and any approved refund unless another merchant of record is expressly identified before payment.

14. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page or email support@ldplace.com.

Please provide:

  • The email address associated with your account;
  • The payment or transaction reference;
  • The payment date and amount;
  • The affected generation or order, where applicable;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Any screenshots, error messages or other relevant evidence.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership, investigate the transaction and prevent fraud.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days. Acknowledgment does not mean that the refund has been approved.

15. Refund Review

When reviewing a refund request, we may consider:

  • Whether the payment was successfully confirmed;
  • Whether the Service Credits were purchased, promotional, reserved or consumed;
  • Whether generation processing had commenced;
  • Whether digital outputs were completed or delivered;
  • Whether the customer downloaded or used the outputs;
  • Whether a technical or provider failure occurred;
  • Whether a replacement, retry or correction is reasonably available;
  • Whether the request involves fraud, abuse or a policy violation; and
  • Any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

16. Processing Time

Approved refunds are submitted promptly to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after submission, depending on the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider. Actual processing times are controlled by the payment provider and financial institution and may vary.

LDplace is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, card issuer or payment provider after an approved refund has been submitted.

17. Currency and Fees

Refunds are normally issued in the same currency and for the eligible amount originally paid.

Differences caused by currency conversion, exchange-rate movements, card-provider fees or bank fees may not be refundable by LDplace where those amounts were charged or calculated by a third party.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage customers to contact our support team so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

This request does not affect any statutory right to dispute an unauthorized, fraudulent or incorrect charge.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including account information, transaction records, policy acceptance, generation logs, Service Credit ledger entries and evidence of digital delivery.

We may temporarily restrict the account or related Service Credits while a payment dispute is under investigation.

19. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we reasonably believe that a request is fraudulent, abusive, misleading, made in bad faith or intended to obtain free or repeated use of the Services.

Examples may include:

  • Requesting a refund after downloading, publishing or commercially using completed outputs;
  • Repeatedly submitting substantially identical generation and refund requests;
  • Falsely claiming that content was not delivered;
  • Attempting to receive both a payment refund and a duplicate Service Credit restoration;
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
  • Initiating abusive chargebacks; or
  • Manipulating generation, retry or payment systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful payment activity and may preserve relevant records as permitted by law.

20. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits, excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If applicable consumer law provides you with a cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other right that is more favorable than this Policy, the mandatory legal right will apply.

21. Digital Delivery

Delivery of a logo service is deemed complete when the applicable generated logo file is made available for download within the customer's authenticated account or is otherwise delivered electronically by LDplace.

Delivery of a caption or text-only service is deemed complete when the generated caption, hashtags, call to action or related content becomes accessible within the customer's authenticated account.

Delivery of a promotional image or daily post is deemed complete when the applicable text content and generated image become accessible within the customer's authenticated account.

Delivery of a weekly or monthly content plan is deemed complete when the required content items and images included in the purchased service become accessible within the customer's authenticated account.

Customer failure to download, copy or publish an available output does not mean that digital delivery did not occur.

22. Account Closure

Closing an account does not automatically create a right to a refund for consumed Service Credits or completed digital services.

Customers should download any completed outputs they wish to retain before requesting account closure.

Eligible unused purchased Service Credits will be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

23. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, providers, payment processes, legal requirements or business practices.

The latest version will be posted on this page together with the revised "Last updated" date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. The version applicable to a payment or generation request may be recorded at the time of the transaction.
