18. Reporting Violations
If you believe that content generated or distributed through LDplace violates this Policy, infringes your rights or creates a safety risk, contact us through the Contact page or email support@ldplace.com.
Please include sufficient information to identify the relevant content, account, generation or transaction and explain the basis of your report.
We may request additional information to verify your identity, authority or ownership of the rights involved.
19. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations using automated signals, technical records, provider notices and human review.
Depending on the nature, severity, frequency and risk of the violation, we may:

- Issue a warning;
- Restrict generation features;
- Restrict payments or Service Credit purchases;
- Reverse improperly obtained Service Credits;
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account;
- Preserve relevant records and evidence;
- Notify an affected provider or rights holder;
- Report activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or reasonably necessary; and

We may act immediately and without advance notice where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, a security threat, serious harm or a provider requirement requiring immediate action.
20. Appeals
You may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting us through the Contact page or emailing support@ldplace.com.
Please provide:
- Your account email address;
- The enforcement or decision reference, where available;
- The relevant generation, payment or content information;
- An explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect; and
- Any supporting evidence or authorization.
We may uphold, modify or reverse a decision after review. Submitting an appeal does not automatically suspend an enforcement action.
Appeals do not require us to restore content, payment access or account access where doing so would violate law, provider requirements, third-party rights or platform security obligations.
21. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes to LDplace features, provider rules, legal requirements, security risks or industry practices.
The latest version will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless immediate application is reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal or provider-compliance purposes.
