Where legally permitted, strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent because the requested service cannot function correctly or securely without them.

4. Account and authentication technologies

LDplace uses session and security technologies to keep users signed in, protect accounts and restrict access to authenticated workspaces.

• Displaying generation progress;
• Refreshing the status of queued or processing requests;

• Supporting access to Brand Profiles and generation history; and
• Returning users to the correct completed generation or download page.

Generation processing occurs on LDplace servers and through third-party providers. Closing the page does not necessarily stop a generation that has already started.

7. Preference technologies

Preference technologies may remember choices that improve your experience but are not always essential to the core operation of the Services.

These choices may include:

• Language preferences;
• Interface and display settings;
• Previously selected social media platforms;
• Cookie-consent preferences;
• Dismissed notices or announcements; and
• Other workspace preferences.

Disabling preference technologies may cause certain choices to be reset when you return to the Services.
